Amazing! I am doing all these.

I also eat lots of greens (they help detox), add moringa into a smoothie (it is anti-viral and anti-bacterial), eat garlic in the evenings with the salad and spend more time in nature alone (it boosts immune system too and you can feel the irrelevance of all the noise in calm, peaceful, grounding, beautiful, green, 'home' natural environment).

I use quarantine as a great opportunity to just turn it into a retreat.

People get angry, stressed, but anything can be worked into something that will serve, even times like this.
