Yes it does work when committed. What i noticed is that's when you're about to cut any tie with the matrix or from any structure whatsoever it's important to watch if it's not done from the energy of a rebelling ego. You have to feel 'the rightness' in your heart. That way it's Universal timing and thus beneficial for more soul integration...even if it may appear to be the opposite.
