I had to watch the replay. Thanks Open, as always on point.
It came to me yesterday to ask before going to sleep ánd at waking up: is this mine? And to release all that is not authentic me to its owner-creator. As I also felt this ‘vacation fog’ this last week...

I have been doing this breathing meditation connecting the merkaba, the body being in it, opening and expanding through the heart, and further through the heart connecting this Merkaba Lightbody to the above and beyond bigger form it is part of for many years. It felt natural to do this.

I will try the zeolite (there are many forms?), I am taking diatomaceous earth. (And all the other stuff you mentioned 🤪 been taking tumeric as a drink and ad-in to all food for years and even to brush teath and as a occasional facemask... Wich now sounds Corona weird 🙄)

I also encountered difficulties trying to post this. Without warning my mobile turned off, sudden no battery . But when I thought to leave it at that, thinking it was not so important, after login my text suddenly reappeared. So posting it now....
