I was ripped apart by this story today. No matter how lost I feel or how deep the hole is I am not alone. Big trigger. The hole feels deep today. Lots of emotions coming up and allowing them to flow. It reminds me of the barrel of monkeys game. I am the last money on the chain waiting to be pulled up "get me out of here!" Every time I listen to these videos it hits me differently and more deeply.💜
