The Matrix Resurrections

18 years later Neo and Trinity are re-entering the Matrix. I watched one of the trailers, titled Deja Vu. It opens with a line from the first movie explaining that "Deja vu is usually a glitch in the Matrix - it happens when they change something.". Then a black cat crosses Neo's path just like in the first film, before you can hear the words: "Maybe this isn't the story we think it is.". In the trailer Neo is also taking blue pills as medication. For anyone who doesn't remember the story - the red pill and the blue pill refer to a choice between the willingness to learn a potentially life-changing truth by taking the red pill or remaining in ignorance with the blue pill. So, the question is, does this signals Neo's willingness to succumb to the virtual world that keeps him blissfully ignorant of the horrifying reality? And if so, what's been going on - didn't the machines promise to free all humans from the Matrix?
I think once again the movie will be a perfect reflection on the world today! As I watched the trailer I thought of you, Open - I know how much truth you find in the movie, and I guess you've been given the red pill with the experience you are going through right now. As Morpheus says in the first Matrix film , "You take the blue pill... the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill.. you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes. ". Don't disappear back down the rabbit hole, Open, and when the time is right, please do share with us the important details of the experience you are going through right now. You got this!
Sending you much love!
