That was really interesting about the viruses. I'm pretty sure I've had some reaction to the changes going on with electrification of the planet. But having only a 3G flip phone, the symptoms I had were pretty mild with a odd headache and some sore throat for a couple of days. I pay close attention to my body and noticed a greatly increased craving for water and I drink plenty of it every day. I also switched from brewing the orange pekoe and black tea, and now I brew the organic Green tea and it satisfies very well.

How odd that a virus would change what our body desires but I've noticed things are changing for sure and I'm working to find the changes that work the best. I did allow plenty of rest and have been doing meditations that Open has shared with us many times. I feel sure that my body will adjust.
