I find myself marvelling at the incredible phenomenon of Earth's volcanoes. And what they represent in the Shift.

Recently in the Openhand work, we've been explorng how to break down old reality constructs in our lives - it involves breaking apart outdated value systems, based on the perceived need for validation from others. These value systems tend to contract in the solar plexus, together with past 'soul contracts'. Since this Cradle of Humanity volcano is co-located in the vibration of Earth's solar plexus chakra, it's fascinating to see it strongly erupting. That's highly synchronistic and supportive of the emergence of consciousness from old constructs.
