The mind is a problem solving mechanism. Mostly it's all it can concentrate, the supposedly different problems in life and how to solve it and move forward in life. I think this is the matrix way of looking at life which is deeply conditioned in the brain.

How to work with it?

One reflection that came through a session I had is to be able to hold the unresolved problem in the mind without thinking of the solution. I think when we are focused on the problem, then we are coming from a sense of lack rather than the soul. To articulate this in Openhand fashion..

Notice the boulders but focus on the path of light.

The above realisation once again came in through the interaction. Trust is the key here. To be able to trust that if I just let go the need to know the answers, understand, articulate and find the solutions but be in the path of light through it, then the light will find a way through it in a way which the mind couldn't expect. This is the art of surrender but active participation in life.

So each problem, each mishaps, every challenges becomes an opportunity for a deeper surrender and coming home. Only place that makes any sense.

I think being able to be grateful for the positive things in life is a game changer. Being able to appreciate the beauty of mother earth, the loved ones, being able to walk, breathe, eat, smell a flower. Then there is also the gratitude for the challenges in life because they help us grow and evolve and appreciate more of the simple things in life!
