This is very beautiful, especially how you describe the force pulling 'forwards' in time. I've been feeling something that might be similar for the past week. It feels like there's a force at my crown calling my attention. I've been meditating on it and, like you mentioned, I've felt it was important to stay grounded in my base chakra while trying to connect with my crown. To me, that 'force' feels like it's connected to some kind of other world, which feels a bit like a dream world. I can't really see what's there, it's very indistinct. But maybe that's because it's a future possibility that doesn't exist yet? Although it feels very real somehow.

I've also noticed that whatever the force is, my body relaxes almost immediately when I try to become more aware of it. I think that's a good sign.
