Disconnect from the physical... yes that is how it feels. I sometimes do not want to do the mondane, routine things. It is a judgment and I am absolutely not in them. It is how I get through it and get the task completed to continue my perception of survival. The programing is pretty solid in that area. It is just an excuse for not participating. I did feel great after the experience. I opened the flood gates to what I was feeling. I felt playful and interactive after it moved through my system. I have not cold plunged since Sydney. It is an amazing super charge to the nervous system indeed. I will make a play date with the Pacific ocean and the sun next week.💜
