Thanks for this video! It was so important for me to see it again. I forget and need regular reminders. When I'm flowing in right action, I spend early mornings at my east-facing window watching the sun rise. Or if it's a bit later I'll sit on my meditation pillow which also faces East but at ground level and take in the sun, but I'd forgotten that windows aren't enough. So it's a great motivator to get out early in the morning for a walk. There's fear around it as the pain and weakness have been high lately, but a recent conversation with someone reminded me that in my case, physical issues are usually consequences of emotional and mental distortions. So I feel encouraged to push through the pain and weakness and use my walks as meditations on why and where the pain and weakness are coming from, though I've got a fair idea already. Also to honour them so they can be progressively unravelled. Just what I needed to see, thank you! Barb
