Thanks for your reflections. That's neat you lived in Kelowna. It's grown a lot recently and is definitely changing, like I think many places are these days. But there's still a lot of magic and natural beauty here that I really appreciate. I've lived here for almost 20 years, and it's where I started exploring my spirituality too. I'll think of you and Bear next time I go up Knox mountain. That's another funny synchronicity - you might know that Kelowna is the First Nations word for grizzly bear. And does physical age really limit what your horizons are? I would argue that it doesn't.
