Greetings to all from Bir, decompressing after a stunningly powerful retreat in a beautiful setting. Until those alchemic dragon energies start bubbling up inside you the way they did, its hard to believe we contain such potential. Getting out of my ego's ownership and interventional interference and allowing the dragon to flow was awesome, something akin to being a lightening rod for crazy, authentic expression. Obviously a degree of containment is adviseable and I resisted the temptation to twirl River above my head during one of the explosive dances.

My body now feels like every cell is a mini sun burning with potential. All it needs is to meet this energy half way and harness the aligned energy of the torus. As I sit with the sun on my face, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Openhand retreats just get more exciting and powerful as we sail through the shift. I feel a blend of dragon, sacred geommetry and of course, beloved bigfoot. Thank you Openhand team and retreat members for this unforgettable experience.
