Thanks for the wonderful sharing Vimal, it really brings the richness of your weeks experiences to me. It also makes me recall realising I had a previous life as a Tibetan monk when I was on the Pilgrimage last year, which took me by complete surprise.

I was feeling a huge surge of energy when I awoke on Saturday morning and knew I had to go to Wales, but didn't really know why. Once I was driving over the bridge into south Wales and saw the emblem of Wales - a red dragon, I realised it was my connection with your guys and the dragon energies giving me wind beneath my wings to go free wheeling. Amongst the power staion, other industry, airport and large holiday/pleasure parks on that coast I was taken immediately to a little peice of paradise I couldn't have imagined being there, tucked away between the rest of it. A pristine piece of coast where a vast grassy expanse met triassic rocks and flowing "mud rock" with plentiful fossils before the sea gently thumped and sprayed the shore. I felt a mixture of joy and clarity, access to higher dimensions from the heart of Gaia. I feel I was connecting with the crystal dragons for the first time.

The timing of all this began just as your retreat was closing, so the riplles definitely reached me and the sures of UK!
