Thank you for Ascension Exchanges on Saturday, the acceleration is truly underway!

For me however, I have felt changes in my field over the past couple of weeks of a ‘shutting down’ of creative innovations. This has made feel sad as I’m adopting all of the practices I feel I need on a daily basis to stay connected.

Then it came to me, I have been feeling a tightness daily across the bridge of my nose, and also a constant high-pitched ringing in my ears, particularly the left one. I made an enquiry and the reflection was tv!

I sometimes watch a documentary in the evenings for entertainment purposes, but have recently noticed when I do, there is a ‘shivering/vibrating’ sensation in my abdomen around the sacral chakra.

Could it be specifically that watching tv has caused me to inadvertently let Ra energy back into my field, particularly around the third eye?

I wish to continue on in my journey as I have recently, in a much more profound way, but unencumbered!
