Hi Open,

Flying home from Jordan over the Aegean I felt a number of curious things.

I felt like my heart area was twisted, followed by solar plexus and sacral involvement, along with the throat. I then saw a huge explosion which wasn’t a volcano but was more like an energetic shockwave which rippled through the region. It almost looked like a nuclear bomb going off.

I then had a sense of a scraping of the land (possibly by water) into the sea from the land.

There was also a feeling of holding back or being held back before I then saw people falling off the back of a ferry due to large waves.

Hope it’s helpful, and thank you again for such an amazing retreat. It was truly life changing.
