Hi Open,

This morning I was hit with a sudden wave of strong dizziness that seemed to come from nowhere, followed immediately by major discombobulation of myself and my field. I don’t think it’s linked with the Schumann resonance as that was recorded a few days ago. The feeling has persisted for hours now. Sitting with it and asking the question, I feel it may be a recalibration of some kind. That’s the word that comes up for me anyway.

Any insights or reflections on what may be happening are very welcome.
