Some moments were tougher than others as energies moved, unravelled and sometimes took us by surprise. A deep sense of focus and and soul searching honesty was necessary to keep on track and gather the most from our time together. The light that broke through shone from within as our time completed. There has since been steady refreshing rain in the wider area.

Swims and cold plunges were very inviting at any time of day
