Hi Open,

It feels like you really captured the "raring to go" vibe of the team for the next academic year with that great compilation image - I love it!

I guess it could be quite a surprise for people; the new team line up - yet it's been an entirely natural and evolving progression over time, that suddenly lands in all it's completeness as the different elements in the moving, melding landscape all clicked into place.

I might mention for those who weren't there, that my wish to move on from the Co-ordinator Role was shared with the attendees on the last morning of the Facilitator Summer Conference and I received a really beautiful and touching gift from the etheric Openhand Team.

It was way back last autumn I could feel a soulful desire to move on from admin and decided the current academic year would be my last in this role. It has been a privilege to be of service and I'm eternally grateful for such a time of learning and evolving, yet I knew change needed to happen. Of course I had no idea how me moving aside might resolve, I would have to leave that to the flow! When more recently Asya stepped forward to fill the role it felt like the most amazing blessing. I am in deep gratitude to her for scooping up the work from 1st September ❤️🙏

Going forwards it feels right that I offer myself more in a Facilitation capacity to our audience and to remain available for reflections to Open and the team - the wealth of experience I have remains valuable. In truth, if today is anything to go by, the Wise Elder role is much in demand, and isn't the quiet backwater I might have thought it to be - I feel I've already completely stepped into it by the natural flow of events, which is of course, how I know i'm in the flow! That kind of thing could not be known or anticipated when I set in motion a heartfelt movement many months ago.

So I look forward to seeing people at events when I attend either for myself or as facilitator. It feels like the most powerful year yet is building, and I welcome both Asya and Joy into their new roles 🚀👌
