The way I understand 3I Atlas, is largely in part due to information provided George Kavassilas. In a recent video post with Dr Michael Sallas, George states 3I is part of the SSP (secret space program) which set out to explore the galaxy 20+ yrs ago and is now returnining. The admirals in command have expanded their consciousness and will be in charge of the pending disclosure program. It has begun and the ship will stop at every planet and adjust its frequency thus fine tuning the entire frequency of the solar system so as to best prepare for the impending ascension. They will also be responsible for disseminating advanced technologies to assist humanity during this process. Exciting time to be alive indeed.
