Hi Zoe, I feel this reflection might serve you. You speak of looking at what you do. Is it what your soul is calling for? This speaks to me of a contradiction between doing and being and thus would have no answer. Picking up your son is doing. Completing a work assignment is doing. Understanding how relationships fit in the matrix is doing. Living in a cave is doing. Knowing if you're becoming more evolved is doing. Seeing what reflections are pointing at is doing. I'm not saying these contemplations do not serve, but perhaps it is illuminating to see how much your question of how to be, lays focus on what to do.
