oh also Chris, you mentioned 'convulsions'. Would you mind to describe your experience or knowledge of them please? as I've been having these strange jolt feelings since some spiritual work a couple of years back now. It seems like a problem with my nervous system but it's just odd how it seemed to be a direct result of the spiritual work.
