I went to the chemist lately and bought some vitamin C. It wasn't until I came home and read the fine print- it contains aspartame!
I can imagine there are a lot of people out there who are caught unawares when buying seemingly healthy things. So tricky.
On the other hand to be paranoid about these things eats away your peace of mind, because you feel you have to watch carefully all the time.
