I also Teresa have had attacks from the Greys during my sleep I think they were sussing me out to be honest thinking I was easy pickings! I agree the spiritual path is about duality not just the light and our work in bringing the light into the darkness with compassion. I am no expert on this topic and consider myself still new to the spiritual journey, but I am finding myself making shifts in my own energy field everyday and seeing this happening within the collective.
