Hi Open and all,

for my part, there are times when I don't see any patterning to it and the Dreamspace comes seemingly out of nowhere. There is a synchronicity that suddenly reattunes me. Everything slows and quiets down, mysticism fills out the air, the movement around me gets smoother (feels like watching a video with higher framerate in HD!) and in that moments, there comes an awareness of infinite silence/stillness under all layers of densities, no matter how noisy or flashy are my current surroundings. Suddenly, everything has a meaning behind a meaning, everything points to something. It's really like seeing the same world as few moments ago but reattuning to a different frequency. Pure magic.

And for the part that's already observed, the quickest way there seems to be doing nothing and being in nature, especially combined together. Few minutes of ''just'' breathing in nature with observing through the senses what is. It doesn't even need to be a remote forest, just stopping in a park in a city, touching a tree, smelling a flower... Spontaneously changing direction or whatever that was pre-planned. Even the noisy streets of the city start revealing something. Tress are not still objects anymore but real living beings, numbers mean something, somebody with a ''random'' sentence on their clothes crosses your path with a message for you and so on. Like there was this whole supply chain of creating this one piece of clothing to be worn on someone in that exact moment when you appeared on the street.

For anyone finding a way how to start ''doing nothing in nature'', you can read about shinrin yoku practice (forest bathing in english) which can offer good examples of mindfulness exercises to connect with your senses in nature.

Getting into my physical body somehow helps to release tightness, too. Spontaneously planking, shadow boxing in the air, stretching, whatever brings the awareness back from the mind. Breaking the pattern. Dragon breath bow meditation.

What closes it down is having a lot of tasks that ''need to be done'', feeling like there is no time for doing nothing or free-wheeling. Also internet, sometimes anxiety of a lot of people in public, overactive lower mind, overeating and food in general. Any kind of expression that can be perceived as a performance, too (by others or me). I guess I can call it a judgement of my expression?

I'm also finding a way to not expect any interpretation of the moment and being okay with just noticing the signs and ''giving props'' for them to any messenger, without any expectations of it. Curiosity is a very important beingness in this whole process. Being more in a state of a question than an answer. There is still space for me to soften more into the felt-sense of any experience, it's just difficult sometimes. Signs in nature and animals tend to resonate easier than, for example, numerology or geometry.
