You asked: Just to be clear, how did you recognise a soul exchange had happened?

I had an incredible potent and intense ayahuasca ceremony where "something" clearly entered my body. A few months later I changed my name. 9months after the ayahuasca ceremony I had a powerful psylocibin session where I litterally was asked if I would "die" for the greater collective good, to which I answered YES. But after I "died" I realized my body was still living and I received the info that the soul with new name which had entered 9months ago, was now incarnated fully. 

Open said: "Do you also realise it is YOU that are the soul?So you're speaking as if it's you that had the soul exchange. But assuming that's actually happened, it's YOU that has come in as the new soul." 

I guess that's where the adaptation and transition phase come in. I have all my old soul's memories, and I suppose I'm going through a grieving period, because we shared the body space for 9months and I feel like I'm missing someone... Which was" me" for 38 years but is no longer. So now I'm discovering who I am on this physical plane. 

Thank you for letting me know it's going to take a while, maybe years, for it all to settle.
