Well you got it 80% correct (name is Rayko), I did incarnate through the Arcturian starseed portal but the idea that me soul comes from Arcturia doesn't sit well with me. However, the idea that I'm a universal star traveller that goes about making planets ascend and I decided to spent a really long time, not out of necessity but due to enjoyment, on Arcturia and thus I'm now mostly Arcturian, does sit well with me for some reason.....
