Interesting... I saw black crows everywhere for a few weeks before the retreat. Even at the start of the retreat, a murder of them (I just am always amused by this expression!) just parked and expressed themselves loudly in a tree just outside my window. I had not made the connection with shadow distortions! Thank you for shedding light onto this. 🙏
