A rich weekend of experience and depth of learning, deep unraveling and connections with beautiful souls.

I have found myself processing much on the back of it, always do when we come together like that, it is always going to bring change to the extent that we are ready to work with and so for me it has been a journey of feeling deeply into shadow, identity and attachment and releasing that, creating a depth of space, and now an abundance of new energies flooding in. It's a roller coaster, the ups and downs of process. I feel blessed to have support around me and this morning felt to offer that forward, if anyone has any questions or could use a little support please ask.
