After reading your post I  picked up your book  5 Gateways and started reading Gateway 3 as you suggested in Saturdays accession exchange. 2nd paragraph, "we are ready to shift from being an identity following the soul, to being a non-identified Seer, flowing as the soul through the bodymind." My mind started tweaking. I read that over and over. My mind seems to   only know  what I tell it. It was like cleaning out an old closet and putting something new in it.  I am learning a new language, a new way of thinking and feeling. It is indeed overwhelming some days. However, there is a part of me, buried under the fear, that knows it is true. This work helps me throw that part of me a life line everyday.
