New Openhand Team Line-Up 2025/26

Openhand has always been blessed to be supported by great people, selflessly working to support the movement, the Shift, and all who sail in her. For the new Academic Year 25/26, I'm pleased to say there will be some key augmentations to Team Openhand, to better serve the community, and reach out to new vibrations. The question is: How can we now amplify this unstoppable wave that's begun, to embrace ever more evolving people in it? That will be our aim going forward. Check the new line-up...

Tilly: Openhand Wise Elder

Words fail where Tilly is concerned. She's been involved with Openhand since its very early days of inception here. Whereby, she's thrown herself into the philosophy and processes with full gusto. She's courageously adventured in her own life, through countless trials and tribulations, yet always been there with supportive, kind and loving energy to everyone she's served. After several years in the high intensity of the Coordinator role, she'll be stepping back now, but staying with us as the new "Openhand Wise Elder" - she'll continue to share her humble wisdom with the Openhand Team, and others requiring it in the community.

Tilly is also now listed in the Facilitator Network for people to call upon in support of their own journey.

Asya: Academy Coordinator

In recent years, Asya has been hiding quietly in the background of Team Openhand, supporting core admin, and of course, stepping up with the camera in the most creative of ways - people will no doubt have witnessed the elevation in professionalism of our more recent films. Now, Asya is stepping into a more prominent role, as the Openhand Academy Coordinator - principally responsible for event booking and organisation. She'll be your first point of call if you need to reach out to us for information or to know what's going on. With classic Star Being focus and precision, the community will no doubt be well looked after.

Thomas: Academy Connector

Do you know how many web pages there are on Openhandweb? Take a guess, a couple of thousand? Think bigger - 26,000 pages!! I think it's why, despite a huge following audience, plenty of people sit on the banks of Openhand before diving into the centre stream of our work. Recently, Thomas has introduced a new all-singing and dancing database system, with the purpose of helping, especially newbies, navigate through the Openhand waters. Increasingly, it's consuming plenty of his time, and so his role is shifting from Outreach to Connector. Yes, Thomas has a wonderful angelic vibe, but few might also know, he has a razor-sharp intellect, making him perfect for this new Connector position. His role will increasingly become about helping the community connect into all aspects of the website and work. Thankyou, Thomas 🙏

Joy: Academy Outreach

I've always felt like we could do with a bit more joy in Team Openhand. Well, now we've got it, in the shape of Joy! Many will already know her well from her insightful and supportive facilitation at the Openhand Events - where, somehow, she manages to blend Pleiadian supportive softness with insight, precision, and masses of uplifting energy (I've always been amazed at how you do that Joy!). Now, Joy is joining the team in the Outreach role. What's that about? We feel like the Openhand philsophy has now come of age, especially with the release of the new body of work, AVALONIA.

Hence, we feel it's of essential service to the Shift to reach out to other spiritual channels, to encourage their exploration of the work - to amplify the quantum field effect. I can think of no better person to do that then Joy. So we're blessed she'll be bringing her sparkle of joy and lightness to the team. And, of course, she'll be continuing to offer her empathically supportive and insightful facilitation through the network....

Looking forwards to a Fantastic new Cycle in the Shift

To me, it feels like a fabulous new Team line-up, harnessing the perfect blend of wisdom, alchemy, skills, insight, empathy, intuition, aswell as uplifting joy and love within the Shift. Personally, I'm feeling absolutely thrilled by the development, and already the excitement and sense of adventure is building for the new Academic Year.

No doubt, we will face many trials and tribulations together, as the Shift gets increasingly tempestuous. But this Openhand ship was not made for the habour; it was crafted robustly for the high seas!

We'll see you there, in the midst of the waves, connecting everyone into the Shift, and opening magical channels of light through it all.

I love them all, but can just about narrow it down to a top three, in no particular order:

Joy the flourishing angel, Rich surveying the beautiful illusion and Chad the keeper of the fractals.

Top facial expression goes to Zoe riding her dragon through the desert, closely followed by Thomas' huge grin.

I guess, it's just impossible to choose. And for those of you who have not yet been - yes that could be any typical day in Glastonbury 🤣

Thank you, Open, and Tilly as well, for your warm welcome to the team. I am stoked to be joining the team and really excited to get started in September.

There is an increasing sense inside of something ending, one final step taken in one journey, and something opening up in front of me; the first step into something new invited. I say "me", though I don't believe this is just my response to this new beginning, this new step in my journey.

There is such a resonance with what Tilly expressed, the sense that the most powerful year yet is building ... and I might need to go touch some grass now, so as not to completely float off. 😉

Looking forward to September, and yes, I will definitely still be available for one-on-one facilitation, and it doesn't seem as if the Kitchen Adventures are stopping any time soon ~ so I am riding the wave of increasing intensity, of increasing speed, and enjoying the heck out of every single moment. Wheeeee! 🤣

Hi Open,

It feels like you really captured the "raring to go" vibe of the team for the next academic year with that great compilation image - I love it!

I guess it could be quite a surprise for people; the new team line up - yet it's been an entirely natural and evolving progression over time, that suddenly lands in all it's completeness as the different elements in the moving, melding landscape all clicked into place.

I might mention for those who weren't there, that my wish to move on from the Co-ordinator Role was shared with the attendees on the last morning of the Facilitator Summer Conference and I received a really beautiful and touching gift from the etheric Openhand Team.

It was way back last autumn I could feel a soulful desire to move on from admin and decided the current academic year would be my last in this role. It has been a privilege to be of service and I'm eternally grateful for such a time of learning and evolving, yet I knew change needed to happen. Of course I had no idea how me moving aside might resolve, I would have to leave that to the flow! When more recently Asya stepped forward to fill the role it felt like the most amazing blessing. I am in deep gratitude to her for scooping up the work from 1st September ❤️🙏

Going forwards it feels right that I offer myself more in a Facilitation capacity to our audience and to remain available for reflections to Open and the team - the wealth of experience I have remains valuable. In truth, if today is anything to go by, the Wise Elder role is much in demand, and isn't the quiet backwater I might have thought it to be - I feel I've already completely stepped into it by the natural flow of events, which is of course, how I know i'm in the flow! That kind of thing could not be known or anticipated when I set in motion a heartfelt movement many months ago.

So I look forward to seeing people at events when I attend either for myself or as facilitator. It feels like the most powerful year yet is building, and I welcome both Asya and Joy into their new roles 🚀👌
