How Do I Truly Let Go? The Art of Coming into Presence

Submitted by TeamOpenhand on

What if everything you’ve been taught about letting go is missing the most important part?

πŸ™ The spiritual mainstream often tells us to β€œdrop the hot coals” β€” release the pain, detach from the struggle, and simply move on. But the risk is this simply creates the inner condition of denial, creating yet another layer of identity: the spiritual self that tries to rise above what it hasn't truly faced.

πŸ”₯ Openhand invites us to explore a radically deeper approach.

Rather than trying to escape the heat, we must become fully present with it. Feel right into the discomfort. Meet the experience without resistance. Become so intimately connected with what is arising that we discover its deeper truth from within.

✨ We don't transcend what we avoid. We transcend by fully embracing and moving through it.

And when the experience has been truly met, something extraordinary happens: we can finally set the attachment down. Not because we've suppressed it, denied it, or spiritually bypassed it β€” but because we've gone deeply enough into it that we no longer need to hold on.

πŸ•ŠοΈ This is the art of truly letting go.

πŸ’š This is the journey from resistance to acceptance, from identification to freedom, and ultimately, into DEEP PRESENCE β€” where we no longer need to escape life to find liberation.

πŸŽ₯ Filmed during an Openhand seminar at Glastonbury Town Hall, this powerful illumination invites us to question conventional spiritual wisdom and discover what authentic transformation really asks of us.

πŸ”₯ Don't just drop the hot coals. Become one with the heat. Transcend it. Then let go.

Quite often, when we manifest back pain, it can be caused by the subconscious compacted energy of the belief that we are unsupported. Or else because we've struggled on in life, and the shift, but not perceived that we've received support. Including that of the divine.

How to deal with this?

First, it is to feel deeply into it, without needing it to go away - become as one with it.

In terms of support, ask: if my journey is about self-realisation, what does this problem teach me? You see, whatever the challenges you've faced, you've made it this far! Perhaps, then, you were supported, but just didn't perceive it. Especially when we get tight in an issue, we close down, and so don't pick up any infusing energy that might be supporting us.

Back and neck pain can also be caused by being misaligned with the soul. So it's important to consider: how is my life out of divine alignment?

Ask this question and invite the Universe to show you... "Show me!"

As you make aligned changes, then you may well find that the back pain alleviates.
