When the Sedona gathering was being set up this year we couldn't find a suitable chef. So the bright spark triggered (after one of her posts), to fly Joy's Ascension kitchen in and have Joy do it.

I can say it took some serious courage on her part to take it on - she's never previously visited the US!!

Can you imagine just buying in all the food locally?! (Kim stepped in there with some essential knowledge 💖).

And here's Joy's first meal - a cashew-sauced pasta with salad, followed by a blueberry mousse - which were to die for!

And there Joy is, looking calm and masterful. She's a shining example of exactly what Openhand has been putting forward in the Shift - new opportunities are there for us all, if we have the werewithall to spot them, and the courage to step into them!
