I have always been too enabling and appeasing of stronger personalities, thinking that doing that the problem will just go away. Afraid to say no because of violent backlash.

That's the point about karma - there's always some perceived cost that stops people going right into the heart of it, and exploding the myth that it ultimately is - when you dare to confront the cost, and say, 'bring it on', that's when we equalise with it, whereupon the soul integrates through that experience and the karma falls away.

So I encourage you to work with this.
