I imagine very few have any idea of what goes into making these videos - during a retreat, I'm up at 4am writing posts for the website, so that I can be out filming at first light. Trying to balance fixing the filming tech with separate audio and two cameras, the lighting and the angles, together with sharing directly from the energy in only one take, with something that flows spontaneously from the soul (how else do you get the synchronicities like the birds connecting in?!). It's something I've had to build up to over the years - it's NOT a simple podcast! It's also a tall order when needing to prepare for the day and all the energy work that goes into the events.

When it comes to editing, a video like this takes me several-hour stints, several days in the week to complete. It's certainly a labour of love - it fuels my creative passion and desire to share the energy with people.

And just getting some positive feedback occasionally helps ripple the energy out into the field no end.
