However, just to be clear, I was not sad at my Father's passing - I was pleased. He'd lived a long life and began to suffer in the end. Absolutely the best thing happened for him - as for many right now.

I find the sad thing is that when people unnecessarily cling to life and then unnecessarily suffer. I prefer to celebrate the passing into a new possibility.
