I think it is essential to say that as this global (mostly fear) pandemic escalates, one of the most important physical protections we can undertake is a detox. To cleanse the cells and the body of toxin. Here are some tips...
1. Go into intermittant fasting to rejuvenate the body - daily 18 hour fasting, while eating plant based in a 6 hr window.
2. Plenty of fresh water, ideally spring water, or filtered and boiled if tap water. ALSO: drink every 15 minutes. That way if you do pick up any of the virus, it flushes it into the stomach which will likely digest it.
3. Minimise emf - swtich the wifi off at night especially. Put the mobile phone on flight mode when not using it.
4. At least 2000 mg of Vitamin C every day to help boost the immune system.
5. Also Chlorella for getting rid of heavy metals.
