When you contemplate it, even as you dissolve into the singularity within, there must stll be 'this' and 'that' or else there could be no experience at all. In other words, there must still be relativity for experience to happen. What I often speak about on the Openhand courses is the challenge the mind has to accept two apparently conflicting truths simultaneously...

As the absolute, the singularity within, yes everything merges into the Oneness. AND AT THE SAME TIME, in order for there to continue to be experience at all, then the condition of relativity must continue to exist. And so we must soften the mind to hold both truths simultaneously. Then you can be the ocean and ride the wave too.
