Dear Open ,

I am at currently working through the messiest time in my life . I can see easily how my spiritual "progress" this far has been in the higher chakras connecting with the Universe ,- the roof of my house so to speak . Well ,now it's time I worked on the foundations . And through the very messy yet seemingly real world of relationships ,expectations ,identifications and childhood trauma. It's all coming together for me at once .

In this crucible ,I am having to work again and again to keep focus and centre myself . And yet retrieve soul fragments lost on the way.

I seem to be aided by synchronicity and loving friends . And yet the practice you describe above is the core of the response being asked of me.

As my relationships fall apart all around me ,I am continually being asked to let go . It is a dark yet illuminating time .
