It's a lovely story Sherri - thanks so mcuh for sharing.
I have a high energy spot I go to here in Glastonbury to sit and meditate sometimes in the afternoon. I always carry a little pack of seeds to put down and recently a little robin comes to visit - such uplifting little moments.
