Wonderful! What a lovely response and a pleasant surprise - I took the group out today up to the top of the Volcano, connecting with "Isla Bonita" - the soul of the island and creating a portal of connection for us to work within.

A couple of key things came up: we could feel a contraction in the sacrum region and also around the head. Since our last trip here, there's been increased tourism which can clearly be felt, but also grey energy releasing through the island. We also felt the base wanting to become more active - potentially representing the volcano. So we opened those channels up and helped the energy flow. After a cold and cloudy start to the day, now the sun is shining brilliantly - it's beautiful. 🙂

I'll begin the day tomorrow with some suggested meditations and inquiry - let's see how it all unfolds.
