After an early 4am start and changing flat tyres in the rain (!), I made it to the absolutely stunning Sound Temple here in Borsk, Poland. It's all made of natural materials, hand made, low impact, and sitting on a beautiful lake. And the energy in the temple itself is simply off the scale. And a lovely synchronicity, I wanted to include the flower of life in the work these days and was looking for a poseter or a teashirt to depict it, but couldn't find one. I should have known - they have it painted all across the floor of the studio! We're going to have an amazing time here for sure. If you have time and feel the sense to tune in, you'd be most welcome. I'll put up some meditations in the morning for you to partake in. Just feel into the sense of flow and upliftment we're tuning into. And if any density comes up, I'll share insights into the Breathrough Approach for processing it.
