The Power of Delayed Gratification 🙏

I've found that practicing Delayed Gratification not only builds a powerful dopamine reservoir in the brain, but also forges key soul characteristics, such as the strength of the divine warrior.
How does it work?
Take food, for example. We all have soul-food that we like to enjoy as a pick-me-up, comfort, or 'reward' for having completed something - maybe an intermittent fast, for example. If you work to expand the window, by pushing these rewards back some while, then this tends to build inner strength and determination. So much so, you actually begin to enjoy the experience of abstinence too - you can positively feel the growth in it.
Apply yourself to it on some particular cycle and see how it goes.
Well wishes
