As the Shift steadily accelerates, I felt to focus on understanding the primary concepts of 5D Ascension - what is it exactly and what's involved? Much is written, but I consider it's much misunderstood. The process itself is NOT about "leaving the body", but actually about embodying deeper and more thoroughly. Why did you incarnate here in the first place? The soul is having an inquiry of what it means to be in a physical body, what it means to express emotion in human relationships, for example, or what it means to have a powerful mind yet one that is very distorting and identity-creating.
Ascension into 5D happens here and now, in everyday life. AND, when the Grand Galactic Convergence finally concludes, we will have to leave the 3D body as the physical aspect of the planet is completely cleansed. We can do this in an empowered way through the process of meditative "Maya Samadhi". It's a fundamental aspect of the Openhand work.
Your soul chose these inquiries. And so likely fragments into them where you become identified and attached. The key is to learn how to express through these vehicles but without getting attached to what's going on in life. It's only in this way that you can conduct the process of "soul retrieval", meaning digging up and integrating the fragments that get stuck in lower behaviourisms - avoidance does not work, nor denial, only a thorough exploration through the behaviour and thereby illumination of soul through them. This then naturally leads to Ascension through transcendence.
