25/05/2026 5D Shift Bulletin: Water Dragon Energy

I've just returned from a marvellous Divinicus retreat in Snowdonia - the group dug deep and really broke through limiting layers. We all came up smiling! (check the Divinicus journal).

What came to me strongly during the retreat was Water Dragon. Every morning, at 5 am, before the day started, I'd take a cold plunge in the freezing mountain stream, then just croach naked on the rocks to drip dry. That's when I'd feel the Water Dragon energy coming off the mountains and up through the stream.

Water Dragon was tremendously empowering on the plain of emotions, which is phenomenally helpful, especially in society right now. I'd been previously working on holding the soft, pleidian energies, so as to increase the sense of empathy. But that can, at times, become overwhelming on the plane of emotions. This is where Water Dragon helps enormously. Because I was able to transmute the softer energy, retain the sense of it, but bring in an expanded ability to hold more of the sensitivity without getting sunk.
