Resoundingly, Yes!! It's intentionally drawing energy, especially through manipulation of the emotional/energetic state. A kind of worshipping, either conscious or unconscious.

Is the moon the receptacle and vacuum device for human energy?

Resoundingly, Yes!! I agree with Gurdjieff - "humans are food for the moon". But rather I would say that the moon is extracting energy for those who built it.

The question is, as the shift completes, where should the moon go?
