I found the video informative as well. Interestingly I saw the video just before going for a badminton game and it inspired in me to be connected to the flow through the game which resulted in some interesting realisations. It revealed a judgment that if we follow the flow it will lead to success, in terms of winning. But it doesn't always have to be. Success is the connection and learning that happens through it. Paradoxically that's when we do our best!
