I deeply resonate with the experiences shared here and the retreat's energy. I've been feeling similar dynamics over the past few days. It felt like an onslaught of mind-based, controlling intervention in my field, which I sensed as the Greys. I was working steadily to dissociate from this energy by releasing my attachments to it.

Something unusual happened last night. As I became aware that this energy no longer had control over me, it began attacking. It felt like being caught in a tornado of chaos. Yet, a part of me remained amused by the dynamic, unaffected, knowing that it could only alter my perceptions but had no real power over me physically.

As a result, the energy released, and now I feel a tremendous opening in my heart chakra—a gentle acceptance of myself and a readiness to show up and express myself authentically.
