People tuning into Openhand may find it somewhat perculiar that in one breath we're speaking of the raft of massive earthquakes we're seeing around the globe right now (Colombia & Indonesia), and in the next, we're speaking of 'next level beetroot'...

But of course, it's the perfect answer - why?

We need to get on with the essential work of transcending the physical - to do so, involves detoxifying at a cellular level, so that the consciousness of the soul is better able to transition through. It means you can more readily hold a 5D vibration as the planetary energy now escalates. It ensures you can activate the Merkabah.

Ultimately, we won't be in the physical body, but to truly ascend, is to pass through the physical eye-of-the-needle. And you can't do that unless the body is reasonably pure and coherent.
