07/03/2024 Shift Update: Building Trust in the Process
Everything is going topsy turvy in the 3D within society. What can you truly trust in? It's certainly NOT the systems and governing agencies within society - they're merely manipulated by the shadow. Neither is it mainstream media, social media, and you even have to be aware of what the Alternatives are saying - "there's no need to process your karma," for example!
That's why it's utterly essential to build trust in your own process.
Not that you'll always get it right - because you won't. Accept that.
The process is NOT about always getting it right. It's about knowing what to do when things go wrong.
The crucial thing is to be attentive and aware of your inner self - where are you getting tight? Why? What's the identification with the moment? What outcome are you needing that is temporarily defining you. Ask yourself, is it worth carrying this baggage?
But as expressed so eloquently in the video in my article above, trust is about much more than just letting go. It's about beginning to trust in positive action. This comes from focus and connection.
Focus comes from stripping away all the unnecessary clutter in your life - in your mind and your emotions. It's about coming to know what really matters to you. Then committing to that - knowing what is the real purpose of your life.
Then there's connection. You are not alone. You have your own "Team" in the ether supporting your journey. Again, as expressed eloquently in the video, you'll likely have gone through intense periods where you felt abandoned and betrayed - because, apparently, they weren't there when you needed them. But they were. It's mostly because we, ourselves, closed down or shut off in dense and challenging times. Or else we were in some false belief system that the process needed to produce a certain result.
How do you build trust in your team again?
It's one step at a time.
Take something simple - going out free-wheeling with no agenda. Ask them to be involved in your process. But never forget, it's your journey and you must take ownership of the choices you make. They'll illuminate for you, and celebrate when you see some marvellous reflective feedback loop. Spend time with them enjoying that. Personally, for me, it's the real juice of life.
So take time to rebuild your trust, by focussing more on the path of self-development and self-actualisation. Know that you can't ever make a mistake if you do one thing... learn from the experiences. Grow from them.
Bright blessings
